R. was presented to Elynor Moskowitz on Tower Day. Every tall, three senior co-eds from Hoover are chosen by the senior girls as nominees tor the award. Final selection is made by the taculty. The co-ed selected takes a test on history and civics with girls from other San Diego schools to compete tor the award.
