Following tradition, the 4 Seniors formed their class number. In appreciation, junior class members Kim Beard and Steve Cooke distributed gifts to the class sponsors; Mrs. Gan- zert and Miss Bishop. 28 Dressed in their faded blue jeans and straw hats, the stu- dents of Henrico High attended the annual Sadie Hawkins dance. Sponsored by Junior Civitan, the club crowned Caroyln Rowe as Queen and Sweetheart for the next year. With the theme Sweet Home Alabama, the fun lasted from 8:00 until 11:00. 30 Reminiscing Recalls Fond Memories Reigned over by the Homecom- ing Queen Yolanda Archer, the dance provided enjoyment for all who attended. The theme ‘‘Rem- iniscing’’ chosen by the senior class, aroused fond memories of past years at Henrico. The Home- coming court of ‘‘79”’ was pre- sented and music was rendered by J.J. and Company. The dance was a tremendous success.
