Sponsored by Ms. Newell, they are involved in many activities such as bake sales and campus clean-up. They have freauented Spanish restaurants and invited guests to speak to them at school. The president, Terri Saunders, helps keep the club very active. This year FBLA has had a Halloween party and made favors for the war veterans at McGuire Hos- pital during Christmas. Among the activities the Latin Club participated in this year was the Latin Convention in Northern Virginia. In order to raise money, t he club sold T- shirts and ran the concession stands during the Girls’ Basket- ball games. The sponsor of the club is Ms. Carter and the presi- dent of the club is Charlie Fleet. The German Club is partici- pating in many activities this year. Hosting the State German Convention and going to the Alpine Song and Dance Festival are among these events.
