III. Discipline today — — The problem is not 100% at school. A great deal is at home where often par- ents are weak. — Perhaps encumbered by laws and subsequent litigation. On the other hand, student rights must be protected, but student responsibility must also be emphasized. — Permissive society has eroded discipline. Henrico’s is effective.
