lp Board of Trustees Henderson State College operated under the general policy direction of the Board of Trustees. The Board consists of five members, each lending his own individual insight and expertise to aid the College in its progress. One member of the Board is appointed annually by the Governor from the state at large. Members of the Board of Trustees are: Mrs. Frank Gordon, James Pilkinton, Flay B. Martin, Ned W. Moseley, and H. D. Luck. Others who serve on the Board are H. Grady Smith and Warren Theis.
