is Stephen B. Williams dedication . tix '4 ai 'N ff' .ar-20' It is with great pleasure that the 1969-70 Star Staff affectionately dedicates this edition of the Star to Stephen B. Williams, Vice-President of Public Affairs. Mr. Williams' love of people and human nature is shown in many ways each day from offering a good listenin' ear to a sometimes loud shout. Peop1e's interest is sparked for each one he mets and never wanes. Using as his motto, Service is our goal, Mr. Williams coordinates his department with his depart- ment heads in ways to help others, be they students, faculty members, staff or off-campus people. He is better known for his whistling and funny stories and may be easily recognized by his cow-boy boots and his eight-gallon hat. Mr, Steve is ever at home along with nature in a boat, on a creek bank or out with his favorite hunting friends.
