Todd stood in the middle of the gym and I ran over to congratulate him. The Homecoming theme was Salute to Walt Disney . Right when the Homecoming game was ready to begin the Huskies experienced a malfunction in the lighting system. Instead of the game being played the next day. Swan Valley High School was gracious enough to let us use their field since they were playing an away game. Mr. Bauman felt the Queen should be crowned on her own field and decided to have the ceremony before leaving for Swan Valley. I was was crowned Queen by my Father. The crowd then moved down to Swan Valley and Homecoming 1986 will not be forgotten by me or the others who participated in the Festivities.
