Sophomores Fourteen girls and nine boys made up the sophomore class of 1982-83. The class was very active in extra-curricular activities with all members taking part in some way in non-classroom school functions. Eight sophomores were chosen by the junior class to be servers at the annual prom banquet. Pete Cullan, Tracy Elliott, Bruce Garner, Dan Hudson, Diane Conroy, Jennifer Delsing, Laurie Hill and Shelly Prochazka served the prom meal and entertained juniors, seniors and faculty with a skit. Sophomores proved to be a spirited group during the school year. During the Homecoming pep rally, the class won the spirit singing contest with their version of On You Bobcats. After a boys' basketball game with the Job Corps, the sophomores sponsored a spirit dance for the entire student body. Serving as sophomore class officers were Shelly Prochazka (president), Diane Conroy (vice-president), Keith Jenkins (secretary), Loretta Adamson (treasurer), Laurie Hill and Brian Yeager (student council representatives). Class sponsor was Sue Shaver. 1 6
