Ever walk into Room 34 when the TARTAN staff is trying to meet a deadline? You hear comments like: Clarina, have you seen my layout? . . . What do you mean you lost the negative? The deadline is tomorrow! Can anyone think of another word for 'spirited'? . . . Let's have a party Friday. These are but a few of the many experiences that goes into the creation of the school yearbook. This year's staff consisted of some of the most devoted students at Helix. They spent hours of their free time before and after school, on weekends, and even during holidays completing their responsibilities. Determination, the encouragement of our fearless leader, Margaret Weld, and the smiles Worn, even when a deadline was missed, all helped in the completion of a great yearbook that carries many unforgettable memories and dreams of the Helix populace. The staff took into consideration the desires of the students and sincerely hope the '73 TARTAN is thoroughly enjoyed by all its readers. ll! frenzy, Frantz?
