Chorus Daily practice, high school chorus The Hebron Chorus kept busy singing up a storm. They partici- pated in the Music Festival at Boone Grove and presented a Christmas and Spring Concert. Patty Brough- ton sang a solo at contest in first di- vision and received a second. On February 29, a small group along with soloists and a barbershop quar- tet, sang at a benefit for the Lion ' s Club. The chorus band collabo- rated in selling fruit having a fish fry. m li . Band Tht! Hi ' bron School B.ind had i very full year. After a lot of work they won first place in their division at the Valparaiso University Honu ' - cominjj. In November, the band per- formed in the Porter County Music Festival at Boone Grove. In Decem- ber, the public enjoyed the Christ- mas Concert. Many of the band memb(!rs participated in the solo and ensemble contest. About twenty band members play in the pep band to keep spirits high at our basketball games. Art CJub Monthly meetings at Mr. V;in- derhart ' s house were lively and fun. Projects were talked over, and of course refreshments. The club con- tributed to the success of the Drama Club fall play by painting the sets. The most ambitious project was to repaint Fry ' s Marathon station. The group visited Valparaiso U. to view an art show and art exhibit. 1975 Fall Play, Back Drops done tiy Art Club. A new face for Bobby— Denise Urbas, Rogina Fricke, Bobby Sheets, jenny Harder.
