Band Tht! Hi ' bron School B.ind had i very full year. After a lot of work they won first place in their division at the Valparaiso University Honu ' - cominjj. In November, the band per- formed in the Porter County Music Festival at Boone Grove. In Decem- ber, the public enjoyed the Christ- mas Concert. Many of the band memb(!rs participated in the solo and ensemble contest. About twenty band members play in the pep band to keep spirits high at our basketball games.
