Zook Activities Hand The band, fifty-five members strong, has given recognition and entertainment to our school and com- munity by performing at such events as the winter and spring concerts, district and state contests, the LaCrosse parade, and the Valparaiso Homecoming. The Drum Major is a very important individual in the marching band. She gives signals to the other members as to the formations, timing, and beginning and ending of numbers. She and the other members of the band do a very . . . i- fine Job representing our school. The band board consisting of four band members are selected by Mr. West to help him in the marr- agement ofthe band. On December tenth the Music Department gave its Winter Concert. District and State Band and Chorus contests were the 1 high lights of the year. Hebron's Junior Band shows promise of becoming a fine group of musicians.
