At a fall meeting president Joy Swart- fager expressed hopes of also attending Renton Little Theater productions. Highlighting the entire year, accord- ing to members, was the meeting of actress Mryna Loy from the Thin Man Series. Meeting twice a month, the members of Spades contributed their time to the service ofthe handicapped. Trips to Buckley, a food drive for the Renton Food Bank, and a Christmas party were among a few of the things accomplished by members. Perhaps president Sue McFadden summed up Spades when she said it was good-natured, warm hearted, and giving. l33
