Junior Bosketbollers Enioy Season Despite a loss in the opening game of the season to DeValls Bluff, the Jun- ior Hornets A Team enjoyed a fine season. Though that loss to DeVaIIs Bluff looked bad, it did not spoil a shot for an almost perfect season. The Hornets established a 9-7 record. An explosive scoring attack and an alert defense were the qualities that made up this year's talent-laden team. In the sixteen games, the Juniors averaged 35 points per game. Coach Escola is given credit for seeing that Hornet players receive the experi- ence they need before they move on to take over higher spots. Left: Billy Penn taps a rebound over to Roger Templeton.
