Junior Hornets Establish 6-2 Record Averaging over 20 points per game, Coach Tommy Louks' junior team stormed to an impressive 6-2 record. An 0-8 score with Augusta in the final game of the season was almost the only blemish in a near perfect cam- paign . Earlier in the year, the Hornets were defeated by DeValls Bluff, 14-16. In the first game of the year the Hornets smashed England 27-0. De- fensively they played an almost error- less game as the offense supplied enough firepower to coast to victory. The Junior team gathered momentum in the second game as they unmerci- fully humiliated Holly Grove, 28-8. It looked like a perfect season, but only two teams showed up to prevent it.
