The staff of the 1973 COUNCIL is pleased to show appreciation to a man who has been both an administrator and a teacher. We appreciate the fact that he is an understanding person who shows concern for all the students. Most students feel that Mr. Kyles is a person in whom they can confide. He usually lets you come to a decision of your own, although if you want his opinion, he will tell you what he thinks. When there is a decision you have to make, he always says. 'It's your deci- sion.” It is the decision of the yearbook staff to dedicate this year's COUNCIL to MR. OTHA KYLES. 4 MR. OTHA KYLES.
