SUPERIOR SENIORS CUTEST Edward Deel and Karen Counts Picking the cutest Seniors was fun. Each individual Senior has a unique “‘cuteness”’ of their own. Ed participates in basketball, baseball, hunting, skiing, and diving. He belongs to Key Club, FBLA, and FCA. Ed’s response for being voted cutest was “I could say it’s my looks o.k. I will. Seriously, I think personality and the image you set for yourself has a lot to do with it. Hey, If you got it FLAUNT IT.” Karen participates in basketball and track. She belongs to Key Club, FBLA, and Beta Club. Karen’s response for being voted cutest was “I don’t know why I was voted cutest because I didn’t deserve it.”’ MOST POPULAR Chuck Yates and Shani Jones Choosing most popular was a very hard decision for all the Seniors. Picking the two people that proved to be “A Cut Above the Rest”’ was a tough job. Chuck plays football, baseball, and track. He belongs to FBLA, FFA, FHA, Pep Club, Science Club, and K.V.G. Chuck’s response for being voted most popular was “‘I set a good example for the underclassmen”’. Shani is a varsity football cheerleader and plays softball. She is vice-president of FBLA and participates in the Dra- ma class. Shani’s response for being voted most popular was “‘Because I’m loved by all my friends.”

SUPERIOR SENIORS FEIRFIEST Chuck Yates and Suzanne Robinette These two people had to be very outgoing. Finding the flirtiest Seniors was no problem. Chuck plays football, baseball, and runs track. He belongs to FBLA, FFA, FCA, FHA, KVG, and Pep Club. Chuck’s response for being voted flirtiest was “‘I can’t say because my girlfriend will get mad.” Suzanne is a varsity football cheerleader. She’s in Key Club, FBLA, Journalism, Beta, FCA, and Drama. She’s also a Journalism photographer and State Beta Secretary. Su- zanne’s response for being voted flirtiest was ‘Because I live, love, eat, drink, and sleep MEN.”’ MOST STUDIOUS Scott Messer and Stephanie Yates The two most studious Seniors are highly looked up to. Their academic achievements have given a reputable name to the Class of ’89. Their hard work and efforts have made them truly “‘A Cut Above the Rest’’. Scott belongs to the Beta Club and has a 3.54 grade point average. Scott’s response for being voted most studious was “‘Because I got real lucky.” Stephanie belongs to the Key Club, FBLA, and Beta. She has a grade point average of 3.92. Stephanie’s response for being voted most studious was “Because it has been my objective to get good grades, study hard, and do well.” Ms:
