Seniors of Haysi High School, I would like to congratulate you on your educational accom- plishment. You have reached one of life’s many milestones and have prepared yourself for more to come. You can consider yourself successful at this point in your life. Remember that life is full of failures and the one that learns from his failures is the most successful. There is a tremendous amount of individual potential in the class of 1986. It may possibly be the most intellectual class that has ever graduated from Haysi High School. I encourage each one of you to develop to your fullest potential and to seek that most distant goal. I am proud of the class of 1986 and offer you the above advice for your benefit and for the benefit of Haysi High School. David C.
