FACULTY FACES Within the framework of the Standards of Quality and local school board policy, teachers are at the liberty to help each student to achieve progress along the rocky road to education. Aside from the usual duties of teaching, activities like coaching, sponsoring clubs and forensics involve the faculty. Extra time is re- quired, but this goes into the formulation of a complete teaching staff. Even so, the whole point of being a teacher may be that gleam of understanding in the eye of a student that makes it all worth while.
