Dedications WE, THE ANNUAL STAFF, would like to express our appreciation and gratitude to the parents of our jun- ior and senior high students . . . parents who become totally involved in the educational life of their children. These parents expect their children to do the following: attend school daily and be on time, accept responsibility for tasks they have assumed and for their own actions, prepare regularly their lessons to the best of their ability, have a posi- tive attitude toward their school life. Students who have such parents will gain much from their educa- tional experience - experiences that involve not only academic work, but also sports, organizations, and classes such as band, choir and speech. The record of the thirteen years in which he has coached basketball at Hayden High School is an outstanding one. Under his coaching, the Hayden Tigers have taken league six times, have won the sub-district playoffs six times, have won that district playoffs twice, and have gone to State playoffs twice where they placed fourth and sixth. Our Hayden Tigers have indeed done well and we honor our basketball coach, JIM HARRIS. l

YEAR OF THE TIGER There are many people in our community who are interested in our school being the best. Some of these people are members of The School Board, The Advisory Council, and The Accounta- bility Council who have helped to make our school a better school. All the board and council members give many hours of their time freely. Through their support, encouragement, and enthusiasm, they have truly helped make this The Year of the Tiger.
