Secretary SuperinfenJent liOAai 9s Cjcfucaiion Education is a continuing process from birth to death. The human is one of the few living things to be born completely helpless. This helpless being must progress from this state to a state of competency in a very complicated world. He must not learn only to care for himself, but he must learn to care for and about others to be a successful being in our world. This education starts in the home then progresses to the community, then to the schools, and finally to the entire society. Learning can never cease as long as a person has life and an interest in the things around him. W. L. Murphy Principal
