Sponsored by; DEL’S JEWELRY Steamboat Springs, Colorado As we gaze into our crystal ball, we travel through the years to 1967 where we see the Class of 1957 in their different roles. Slowly the smoke clears, and we can see Steve Andrew in the state of Wyoming tending his 100, 000 head of sheep. He is very successful these days making money and being a bachelor. Next, we are taken to New York City where Lynn LaRue, alias Lois Mann, and her little daughter, Lindsay, are modeling mother-daughter outfits for Chris- tian Dior at his exclusive store. Satisfied that Lois is leading a very happy life, we are taken to Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, where Leroy Ciani is operating a strip pit. Leroy is noted for his fine coal and is very happy with his wife and ten little bambinos. The smoke veil drops again and, as it rises, we find we are in Paris, France. There we find Pete Whitlock and Louis Skufca. They are known as the Robert and Louis comedy team and are making a good will trip through Europe. We also learn that Robert does the stunts and Louis does the singing. We decide to travel along with them to Madrid, Spain. What's this we see? Dema Moore is bullfighting at the arena. The arena is packed, so we know Dema must be well-known and successful. The veil starts to drop again, but not before we see Dema's gay, young lover, Larry Winograsky, throw a rose to her as she gives the bull its fatal stab. Next, we see Pat Robson in the M-G-M movie lot where he is making his own picture, The Glen Robson Story.” It is the story of his life...how he wrote and played beautiful songs on his saxophone and gave the world many long-remembered songs. Now, we are taken back to Europe again to the Swiss Alps. There we find Esperanza Ruiz, who is decked out in her climbing outfit complete with bermudas. She is about to set the world's record as the world’s champion mountain climber. Esperanza tells us that Connie Ruiz has taken up photography and is going with her up the mountain to snap breathtaking shots of the treacherous climb. The scene changes again, and we are taken to Monte Carlo to the famous Monte Carlo Casino where Barbara Lasnik is mourning the loss of a great deal of money that her husband, the ex- millionaire of the Riviera, has just lost on the roulette wheel. Better luck next time. The veil drops again and we hear the blast of jets. Then we see General Dennis Hayes about to launch his Rocket Ship X-M. Dennis is taking a trial run to the moon and his fearless passenger, David Joe Zehner, is also on board. David has brought along his caterpillar to check the prospects of building a new air academy on the moon. The scene changes back to the United States, where we find James Yoast, chief guard of Fort Knox. He is ready to retire and they are going to present him with a solid gold bar for his many years of trustworthy service. We travel to the far-off jungles of Africa where Belarmino Santistevan has made a fine career of collecting shrunken heads for resale in the United States. His agent is Lupe Arroyo who is running the Carnum and Daily Circus and is making a big profit by selling the heads for souvenirs. Next, we find Danny Gingrich strumming his ukulele on the shores of Hawaii. He is resting after a day of deep sea diving for pearls in the ocean. One of the Hawaiian girls swaying nearby is Gleta Magnuson who has taken up the Hawaiian hula dancing as a profession. She is very successful and always in demand. This is the year for the Olympics, and we see George Angelo, one of the U. S. contenders for the shotput. George has been piling up many gold medals. As the scene shifts, we see Frank Hernandez coming into view. He was the.Democratic candidate for Governor of Colorado, winning by a land- slide over the other candidate. The scene is quickly changed, and we find Dorothy Wyers Sponsored by STEAMBOAT PILOT, Steamboat Springs, Colorado Class Prophecy Continued on deck as her ship is pulling out. Dorothy is an explorer, and she is out to trap a rare animal that is only found in the wilds, of the Amazon. Now, we are taken to Madison Square Garden where Charles Sena is defending his title as Heavy Weight Boxing Cham- pion of the world. Charles is out to win and we think he will. As the final scene of the Class of '57 begins to show, we see Lois Robinson who is about to prove to the world that she can go over Niagara Falls in a barrel without being hurt. As we watch her per- form. our throat catches, but there she is, not one scratch. As we review the events, we realize that this has been a very successful class.
