-4 Q9 Several projects were undertaken by local Kayette organization as they worked toward the 5, O00 point award. Among the projects which were com- pleted toward this goal were the hose project, Father-Daughter party, Mother- Daughter Tea, and several assembly pro- grams. The Easter program was a very fine and inspirational affair with music and short skits with Linda Merritt, President, as narrator. Three of the members attended the re- gional conference at Peabody in the Fall. Linda Merritt, prexy, and cabinet members Carole Schoonover and Rita Howell repre- sented Haven at the conference. . Q. Charles Elvin and Phil Kinast served as co-presidents of the student council for the 1954-55 school year. This organization has been active for the past five years making rules and regu- lations for school functions and sponsoring numerous activities. One of the largest activities sponsored this past year was the student council conference held in Haven early in the year. Each organization is represented in Stuco as is each class.
