BEHIND THE SCENES Throughout the school year complica- tions may occur. When they need atten- tion it is usually the school board that handles these situations. Their job is to listen to the students, parents, and faculty and then determine what needs to be done. It is difficult at times for them to hear everyone, but they try, and that is what counts. Like a square wheel, the freshmen move slow- ly, and it ' s not always easy for these beginners. They find it hard to achieve at times, and are frustrated easily. New surroundings, responsibilities, pressures and challenges are the points that face the freshmen, and they must decide which path is the best for themselves.
