ADMINISTRATION The principals of the school are the ones that determine our fate when it comes to disciplining us for our misdemeanors. Whether or not you visit the principal ' s office often, you know these officials as the leaders of the school. It is their job to maintain an atmosphere where we can learn and reach our goals. Although at times they ap- pear firm and strict, on the inside they ' re just like you. For instance: Mr. Stevens was all-confer- ence in track, football, baseball, and basketball; Mr. Barbieri was sportsman of the year at Servite High School, and Mrs. Clarke was in the Glee club.

am I ■■- As the year proceeds, our teachers become more familiar to us, and we begin to realize that they are people too. They have needs and desires just like the students they see everyday When our teachers were in school, their activities were pretty similiar to ours: Mrs. Kotz was the editor of her school newspa- per. Mrs. Cooley was a valedictorian, Mr. Pfeifle was all-state in basketball and track, Mrs. Wilson attend- ed Central Michigan University. Mr Callaghan en- |Oys gardening, Mr. Pomeroy invests in real estate, Mr. Mishler fishes with flies for trout, Mrs. Eichler likes slam dancing on her free time, Mr Leppek was the state F.F.A. officers, Mr. Irvin plays ping-pong. Mrs. Jagfeld was Homecoming queen, and Miss Rowe often sings at weddings.

BEHIND THE SCENES Throughout the school year complica- tions may occur. When they need atten- tion it is usually the school board that handles these situations. Their job is to listen to the students, parents, and faculty and then determine what needs to be done. It is difficult at times for them to hear everyone, but they try, and that is what counts. In these photos you see: Jack Barrett - Vice President, Robert Clark - Secretary, Donna Butler and Paul Dobosz - Trustees, Gary Wright - Superin- tendent, and Scott Bacon - Business Manager, and not pictured are: Tom Green, President; Al Cummings, Trea- sury; and Nancy Laier, Trustee.
