Class We, the Class of '49 Leave the high school feeling fine. Leave the juniors, all first rate. But glad that we now graduate. Here's our class list, A to Z. With hints about what we will be. Joyce Becker soon will be a bride, And in a new home will abide. Next comes David Boyce, Vice- President of our class, Whose hobby is horses when his Ford runs out of gas. Johnny Combs a farmer will be We hope they'll be happy, Joyce and he. Delores Dahn is next in line As a student she did fine. Kathryn Fleck would like to work As a secretary or office clerk. Tootie Foldenauer is really a whiz., She's the best little sport there is. Tony Gaffaka rings the bell For our president he was swell. Norval Gardner's quite a guy Around the girls he is never shy. Andy Helquist is a six foot man He always drives as fast as he can. Jackie Hogan a secretary will be, But with her personality, we'll wait and see. Milton Hoose writes poems and sings And strums upon the guitar strings. Dick Johnson is always willing to do More than we ever ask him to. Barbara Kirshman helped our team to win, By putting all the foul shots in. Virginia Kordatzky would like to teach, We're sure at that she'l1 be a peach. Ruth Ann Lyons makes the champion pies And in our state she won first prize. Robert Mack in school does great We're sure he'll have a happy fate. Betty Martin dances with joy But who will be the lucky boy? Poem Gordon Masters knows everything If you're ever in doubt, give him a ring. Dorothy Moore is getting married you know I'll bet she knows how to cook and sew. Russell Morgan in school is quiet Outside of school he sure is a riot. Barbara Newlin just loves a model She's also very clever and as cute as she can be. Betty Lou Olrich is a good basket- ball guard She always played fair and she always played hard. Barbara Powell is quiet and kind Look in the library if Barb you want to find. Joyce Price is a gal who has got a ring Let's hope she gets another before next spring. Ada Rayle likes to go dancing Wonder if that will lead to ro- mancing? Harold Sloan was in the Senior play, His future plans, a farmer some- day. Richard Strong says history he'll teach His pupils should come prepared for a speech. Phyllis Themm is trim and neat Here's a girl you'd like to meet. Helen Willer's always ready for fun' Quick with a joke and apt with a pun. And so we've gone right through the list We're sure there's not a one we've missed. But we will miss them, come next fall When school bells ring in the high school hall. But let us all keep each good friend Even tho our school days end.
