Terry Parish, Paul Gag- Larry Marr, Phil Gibson, Clark Sheldon, Siegfried Mayer, non, Darrell Murphy, Rick Lampton, Joe Dubray. Steve Bestol, Marc Littlefield, Coach Paul Martin. KNEEL- Panthers 3rd In W.R.L. Harrison's basketball team got off to a bad start by losing their first game to La Junta, but they were able to bounce back and enter league play with a 3-2 record. Starting league competition against Widefield, the Panthers lost a meaningful game. Going on in league play, H.H.S. downed Academy, Cheyenne, and St. Mary's: then, with one game left in the first round of play, the Panthers were upset by Canon City. Again, Harrison lost a close game to Widefield, starting the second round of play. But, as before in the first round, the Panther men were able to beat Academy and Cheyenne, before losing to Roncalli. Tied with St. Mary's for second place, Harrison lost their first televised game, and second place in the league standings. Paul Gagnon drives up and under for an easy lay up.
