BAND The Band is one of the most active groups on the campus. They played for all pep assemblies and football games, even during the last half of the football games. A high point is always the Christmas parades at Jonesboro and Paragould. Besides entertaining us at half-time they performed in the Armistice Day and Fire Prevention parades. There are concerts and assembly programs all during the year. Their annual banquet was in the school cafeteria January 23. The most important event is the State Band Festival at Hot Springs in the Spring. They enter this event as a group and also on individual basis.
