With glittering lights and swoonful music couples enter the beautiful ballroom of the Lake Shore Club. As they look around they see by the expressions of many faces that everyone is having a wonderful time. Some are talking with their friends while others dance to the melodious music of lack Hollrooks Stardusters. As it nears ll:3O, everyone waits expectaritly to see Iacqueline Smith crowned queen. Finally Iackie comes in with her court which includes Robina Grant, Maid of Honor. lean Goff, Phyllis Gronert, Marilyn Chopp, Alethea Smith, Elaine Pfeiffer, Ioan Kelly, and Dorothy Scholes. They were heard at Drexel Park Church, Museum of Science and Industry, and at the Board of Education offices. The choir was featured at a meeting of the presidents from numerous colleges. This spring the choir put on an operetta that featured our best, Elaine Pfeiffer, Bill Donaldson, Marilyn Davis and Otis Robinson. These people were the backbone of a choir of which Mr. Schilke can be mighty proud. 85 l 5 1 Q9 I9 ana!
