Working as usual with a small staff and a smaller budget, the '67 Owl, moderated by Edward Gudera and edited by Lynn Nelson, strove valiantly to meet its early March deadline. If you are able to read these words in late May or early June, we succeeded. If you have just driven out to the campus through July heat to pick up your yearbook, we failed. In any case tthe bills prove in, we have produced the most expensive yearbook in the college's brief history. We also hope it comes closest to reflecting the energy and enterprise which characterizes one of Maryland's fastest growing community colleges. Editor Nelson 20 Owl 67 Moderator Gudera A new recruit
