The ' 74- ' 75 marching band was one of the best in years. As direc¬ tor Miller said, This year ' s band was one of the finest groups of kids in years. Mr. Miller rates the band after every show. This year ' s aver¬ age was 97%. For the first time in 4 or 5 years the band received three 100% ratings. By a fluke of luck none of these shows were done at home. One of the shows contained The Entertainer and Lennon- McCartney Hits . The following people were elect¬ ed by their peers to the band honor roll: K. Edington, V. Johnson, B. Sayre, K. Williamson, J. 1. The seniors were the main attraction during pregame at the last senior football game. 2. R. Bradshaw, M. Dean, and C. Swartz stride out onto the field for their last half¬ time show as sophomores. 3. The percussion section always fills an important part in a marching band. 4. After hours of hard practice a rest is well deserved and needed. 5. Gene Cook and Joey Imbody flank Mr. Miller as he leads the band.
