Leisure hours spent alone, with friends, or with faculty became a vital organ for the success of the institution. Young and old alike were brought closer together as they shared the some unique excltements of the year. Henry Aaron broke Babe Ruth's world record of home runs as he topped 774. The award winning movie, The Sting, sold out ticket booths across the nation as Redford and Newman once again joined forces. The last of the Vietnam POW's were finally reunited with their families. You have given this guidance in a kind and understanding way. You have the talent to place smiles on troubled faces and to give people hope in their lives when they feel all is lost.
