Gottfried Reichei, a native German. served as visiting pro- fessor of missions. Must of the teachers in the depart- ment wcrc im'olvcd in the 48th annual lecturcship held on campus in Novem- ber. Thc thcmc of the lectures was Faith in Cnnflict and some of the regularly required daily Bible classes were dismissed so that all students might him: a better chance to hear some of lhe widely recognized speak- crs that were on campus.
