VICE-PRESIDENTS Jlme promotions give Harding two Vice-presidents BILLY RAY COX, in June, 1970, was named one of Harding's two new Vice- presidents. In addition to his administra- tive and teaching duties, he served as director of American Studies and advisor for both the executive business team and the SA's Constitutional Committee. Also in J une he traveled to Japan as a special advisor to the board of Ibaraki Christian College. During the school year he pre- sented seminars for private businesses from Arkansas to California. LOTT R. TUCKER, JR. was promoted to Vice-president of Finance. Major pro- jects during the school year included con- struction of a new mcn's dormitory and expansion of present library facilities. Mr. Tucker also served as president of the Searcy Chamber of Commerce. DEAN OF THE COLLEGE Dr. Pryor inducts lpha Chi chapter at rkansas Tech DR. JOSEPH E. PRYOR became na- tional secretary-treasurer of Alpha Chi, after holding that office for eleven years in Region II. As director of their expan- sion program, he installed the Arkansas Kappa chapter at Arkansas Tech on October 5 and October 6-7 he met with the newly-organized Region IV in Sioux Falls, South Dakota.
