Hzstort of the Class 0 1956 Our frrst year rn school was a great experrence We thought rt would be just play and no work Mrs Cowan had her hands full to teach us that we had to work between recesses and noon hour The ones IH our class were Larry Martrnez Joe Martmez Emma Low Mtller Gayle Brown Rrchard Mathrs Ray Carter Mollte Johnson Delbert Ellrot Buddy Lowe Patsy Cooper Clarence Denham and Ruth Grove The second year came along and we were splrt 1nto two groups One teacher had one group and one had the other group The teachers were Mrs Cowan and Mrs Hudson Then frnally we were ready for the seventh grade and we were very proud We had lost some of the students and gained some Our teacher was Mr R1tz Then came the year the year we would graduate We were a good srze class We were ten strong Mr Woodcock was our teacher From fust to the erghth grade we had lost Buddy Lowe Delbert Elrot Larry Martrnez Joe Martmez Patsy Cooper Emma Low Mrller and Clarence Denham Begtnnrng our erghth grade we had galned many members from the fust grade We had gatned Lucrle Jackson Edtth Smart Sharon Blau Marvrn D1bbJ.ns and Owen Stephens After berng wrth us a few years we lost Marvtn Drbbrns after our etghth grade graduauon The next year we felt lrke a mrllron dollars We were entertng hrgh school We gamed one person 1l'l that year rt was Mrckey Henderson Here we are LH our Junror year Our class offtcers are Presrdent Ray Carter V1ce Presrdent Luclle jackson Secretary and Treasurer Sharon Blau, In th1s year we gamed Melba Dobbs and Charles Cagle We have two very good spon sors Mrs Carl Hamxlton and Mr George Roberts The krds rn our class now are Sharon Bla1r Gayle Brown Charles Cagle Ray Carter, Melba Dobbs Ruth Grove Mrckey Henderson Luclle Jackson Mollre Johnson Rrchard Mathrs Owen Stephens and Edrtn Teel We are looklng forward to our Senror year Also lookmg back at the best years 1l'1 our school lrfe .
