The Excitement of a Night Virginia Andrews The time of year we live to behold While colored leaves of green do fall On our field and seats so cold. Seen passing to and fro is our ball When the sun is setting and nothing more to say The wonderful colors are in the west. Many others do the same: but far away. So we all will try and do our best. When hurt and fallen on the grass he doth lie Others are seen. both tall and strong. Many stopping to help others passing. Our end is near, we will not have to wait long, Each parent and friend watches his son. Everyone will be glad when the game is won. Fa rewell Mary Belle Tippett Farewell! Oh. how I hate to go! I really like you so. Memories you have given me of Things that never more will be. So many things there were to do. But I must go to something new. I must say good-bye To ol' Harbor High. June brings graduation. And to all I give congratulations. So Long Edith Juilleret Now's the time-we're bugging out, All the kids begin to shout. All the teachers jump with glee. 'Cause June 8 they will be free. Our laughter will no longer ring. Our school song we'll no longer sing. Our presence and our cheers at games When taken away. they seem so tame. We will no longer sit in class And wonder. how long can it last? The worries and problems of our High school days Will soon be fading away in the haze. To underclassmen we say farewell. We hope you will survive to tell How the class of '58 came through. Their colors flying in the blue. -5... 1
