B. Bernhardt, president: G. Wells, vice-president: A Cole, secretary: R. Niswan der, treasurer: R. Rosemeier, student council representative, The third quarter is under way. They're getting their strength up. We entered the third quarter of the big game under the leadership ot our captain, Bob Bernhardt. and co-captain. Gerald Wells. Ann Cole kept track of our meetings and other activities, with Ronald Niswander as our treasurer. Our first excitement was caused by the arrival of our class rings. Before we had quite recovered from that. we built a float tor the homecoming parade, which won first prize with the motto, Harbor Will Erupt Tonight. Soon atter. on November 23, we had our Sadie Hawkins Dance, and a little later we sold concessions at the Grayling football game. During Christmas vacation we had a turkey rattle. During the basketball sea- son, we kicked up a little more yardage with our concessions at the C.har1evoix and Grayling games. Our junior play. HEADIN' FOR A WEDDIN'. was presented March 28 and 29. Later, on April 19. we had our Junior-Senior Banquet and then toward the very end of the quarter. we sponsored the J-Hop on May 3. -20-
