TOP TEN Ranking third in the Class is NANCY PALO, Co-cditor of the yearbook and member of Lhe Honor Society and Quill and Scroll. Fourth is KAY WALTARI, editor of THE MARINER, a Varsity Cheerleader, and also a member of the Honor Society and Quill and Scroll. THAD HAGUE, co-captain of the football team and Student Council presidenL, is fifth. Sharing the sixth spot arc PHILIP TURCHIK and DIANE REECE. Phil is president of the Honor Society and a member of the band. Diane is co-editot of the yearbook, and a member of Honor Society and Quill and Scroll. In the eighth Spot is MARY HEINO, Chair- man of the literary committee for the year- book. BOB GRAY stands ninth in Lhe class. Bob is a sports manager and a member of the Honor Somety. Also sharing a spot me DIANE BENHAM and CHRIS BECKMAN who rank tenth. Diane is president of the Senior Girls' Club, while Chris is a page editor on THE MARINER, secretary-treasurer of the Honor Society, and in Quill and Scroll. VA LEDI C TORIAJV JIM MIKKELSEN, class valedictorian, is secretary- treasurer of the Monogram Club, a member of the track team, and active in French Club. CAROL JOHNSON, salutatorian, is president of the Jr. Red Cross Council, a member of Quill and Scroll, Star-Beacon Reporter for THE MARINER, and is very active in dram atics.
