Auditorium Stand-Outs Dr. Feuerbach at Association Auditorium, swore in 1964- 1965 officers. Things started roaring for ’65 with the oath of office administered to the Associa- tion President Jeff Davidson by Dr. Kenneth Feuerbach, principal. Echoes of the presidential campaign of the nation where seen and heard on the Hammond High stage as the government classes did their part in an auditorium program prior to election. ft- jCr m IF. I fcMli 1 J Government class put on an auditorium program about the national elections. The Vocal Department put on its annual Christmas program with Seasonal Greetings Cards as the theme. The Holiday Season would not be com- plete without the Vocal Department Vespers and the excerpts for the school audience before the one-week Christmas vacation. Stage settings gave the audience live Yuletide cars. Thanks again go to Mrs. Nancy Jacobs and Miss Esther Waterbury.

Trying out with a song and dance number from Mary Poppins is Pat Remich. Rehearsals for the National Honor So- ciety talent show are held after school, as the students show their ability to perform. The acts range from folk singing to mod- ern dance, popular bands, and even a few teachers participate in the fun. Bill Blanford, Alan MacIntyre, Terry Levin, and Pat Martin judged the tryouts for the talent show. Talent Show Rehearsals Come First . . . The Reflections, (left to right) Ted Abel, Kenny Baker, and Larry Allen, accompany two aspiring singers of Hammond High, Mr. William McNabney and Mr. Lawrence Lundgren. Yvonne Satterblom, Cass Pinkerton, and Jack Bailey, members of the Triumverates, sing “If I had my way and Then there will be peace,” a song written by Cass. Page Twelve
