Students had three choices of col- lege representatives to visit. Some common questions asked were about tuition and campus life. Both the students and their parents left with a more secure outlook on the future. seeking our goals . .. On November 12, the Eighth Annual Col- lege Night was held at Hammond High School. Representatives from many colleges and universities from various states came to individually counsel students and their par- ents. These counseling periods gave the parents and the students the opportunity to gain information which could help to judge the school tor which the student was best suited. Three Hammond High art students placed in the state division ot the National Poppy Poster Contest. Karen Mallett went on to win a first place in the senior division of the national contest.
