I, Betty Jo Adkins, being greatly in need of a brain and a flirty disposition do hereby will and bequeath to Lawrence Buckshot Curry my long Black hair and brown eyes. I, Imogene Stowers, having a studious mind, run-down body, and friendly personality, do hereby willto Nelma Ruth Stowers, my place in the office. I, Jocie Salmons, being of brightbrainsandgiggly disposition do hereby will and bequeath to Faye Salmons, my ability to have as much fun as I did and to get along with teachers as well as I did my years spent in school. I, Dorothy Jean Elkins, being of poorly fed body and sweet disposition do hereby will and bequeath to Jean Dietz, my bookkeeping book providing she makes better use of it than I did. I. Bob Honaker, having a two track mind (liquor and women) and flirty disposition do hereby will and bequeath to nobody nothing because I need all I have. I, B. G. Boster II, being strong of mind, weak of body do hereby will and bequeath to Frankie Hutton, my nickname Bigfoot because of his desperate need for it. I, Leonard Lucas, being of sterling character and personality which is a little weak do hereby will and be- queath to Ralph Lucas, my ability to not agree on a thing with anyone. I, Lucille Stewart, being of sound mind and stubborn disposition do hereby will and bequeath to Anna Cummings, my chemistry book, providing she makes better grades than I did. I, Edward Lee Reynolds, being of unsound mind and noisy disposition do hereby will and bequeath my Senior picture to Mr. Lovejoy providing he can get me in front of the camera. I, Thomas Boster and I, Billy Burns do hereby will and bequeath to Forest Monk, our ability to get along with Mr. Hutton in Vo-Ag. I, Dennis Cummings, having a mind of a genius and pleasing disposition do hereby will and bequeath to Nina Stowers, my unforgetful brains and ability to work.

I, Clifford McComas, having a sound mind and no disposition whatsoever do hereby will and bequeath to Thelma Browning, my Chemistry book providing she can get more out of it than I did. I, Delphia Lawson, being of a strong mind and unusually quiet disposition do hereby will and bequeath to Keith Roberts, my seat on the school bus beside Anna Cummings. I, Donald Riley, being of a corrupt mind and goofy disposition do hereby will and bequeath to the teachers of Hamlin High School my brogue, cleverness, Irish accents, and my football position to Jackie Chaney. I, Mary Salmons, having a feeble mind and backward disposition do hereby will and bequeath to Joyce McComas, Ralph Sam Black providing she can keep him better than I did. I, Phil Old Timer Burns, having a strong mind and no body whatsoever do hereby will and bequeath to Fred Curry, my position as head manager of the football team. I, Lawrence Linville, being of dead brain and a horsy disposition do hereby will and bequeath to Bill Chaney, my ability to take Journalism and not have to work, and also make passing grades in it. I, Karl, Richard, Dickie, Sandy, Persimmon, Pucker, Ashland Twist, Hager, having a weak mind and weak body do hereby will and bequeath to Gene Adkins, my ability not to work in Speech Class and make passing grades. I, Uncle Joe Linville, watersoaked mind and disposition no one else would have do hereby will and be- queath to Jerry Hot Rod Roberts my ability to drive at a reasonable speed and to get there safe, (not over 20 miles per hour) I, Wynona Triplett, being of sound mind and not much body do hereby will and bequeath to Deloris Thompson, my ability to skip school and get caught and also make F’s and A's. F's in everything and A’s in nothing. I, Marietta Neal Lovejoy, being of sound mind and wrecked disposition do hereby will and bequeath to Helen Powell, my ability to hurry and be a Senior , so she can marry before she completes school like I did. I, Dennis Chalkeye Browning, being of sound body and a mind which is not yet fully developed do hereby will and bequeath my position as Center and Captain on the football team to Lawrence Wesley Buck- shot” Curry, but he has to make the honor roll as I did in order to keep his position.

I, Dennis Frankie Craft, do hereby will and bequeath, my girlfriend, Marie Thompson, to Johnny Craft, providing she will go with him. I, Violet Thompson, being of an unsound mind and quiet disposition do hereby will and bequeath to Shirley Hoover and Anna Duty, my ability to have as much fun in Hamlin High School as I have in the years gone by. I, Lois Pack, being of a withered mind and a devil-may-care disposition do hereby will and bequeath to Bennie Pack, to have as many girlfriends as I have had boyfriends while a senior. 1, James Miller, being of an uninformed mind and no disposition whatsoever do hereby will and bequeath to Joe Miller, my ability to never make above a C and still pass providing he passes it on to someone else. I, Bobby Henson Miller, having the poolology mind that God gave me and quiet disposition do hereby will and bequeath to Charles, better known as Cornbread . Mays, my ability to skip school and play pool and never get caught. I, Donald Dillon, being of a sound mind and crazy disposition do hereby will and bequeath to Bill Chaney my ability of keeping up my poolology lessons and to leam to be a pool shark. I, Cleon Richardson, being of a weak mind and a corny disposition do hereby will and bequeath to Gene Adkins my football socks providing he doesn't wash them oftener than I did. 1, Mary Jane Mason, being of no mind whatsoever and a flirty disposition, (so many friends tell me,) do hereby will and bequeath to Charles Mason my ability to get out of at least one class a day (skipping or otherwise) without getting caught, alsol wish to will to Helen Harmon my ability to ride in a green Chevrolet any time I wish. I, Lavada Lawson, being of a sound mind and a crazy disposition do hereby will and bequeath to Wanda Browning, all my proposing boyfriends providing she has as many as I did. I, Geneva Yoho, being of a very sound mind and a sober disposition do hereby will and bequeath to Mrs. Miller and Mr. Clark the enormous amount of speed in Typing which I have acquired in two years, under the legal faithful advisors, but this has to be divided equally between them. I, Sue Courts, have an unsound mind and a slap-happy disposition do hereby will and bequeath to Betty Courts, my ability not to talk about teachers and to get along with all students providing she improves. I, Dorothy Ellen Elkins, having no mind what-so-ever and a disabled disposition do hereby will and be- queath to Evelyn Elkins, my ability to make A's in Study Hall.
