t..,? . Senior Class Histor As the class of 1957 leaves Hamburg High School, we shall take with us many memories of our four years here. When we were freshmen, we had the privilege of nominating and electing the community officers who would head the Junior High School. The major event that year was our graduation from junior high. As we walked up the aisle, we felt proud that we had overcome another obstacle. We celebrated our entry into senior high school with a party following graduation. When fall came, we found ourselves lost in the whirl of many new school activities. We joined clubs, teams, and soon were busy planning our Hop, the Tinsel Twirl which was a very suc- cessful endeavor. At the beginning of our junior year, we moved FRANCES T. ABBOTT A rose without a thorn. Class Treasurer 4, Senior Cen- tral Board 43 Homeroom Pres- ident 4g Girl's Service Club 2, 3, 4g Echoes Staff 2, 3, 4. X' 1:52. SENIOR into the new school. No one will forget our paper drive, junior Day and its assembly play appro- priately called Prom Fever , and of course, our Junior Prom, Moonlight Magic . Gail Stuhl- miller and Bob Kiefer reigned as king and queen. Then, we were seniors! Our Hallowe'en party, the Jack-O-Lantern Jump , showed the lively spirit which prevailed throughout the year. Class activities that followed included our Christmas party, senior play, picnic, banquet, and senior ball. Then came the most wonderful event of all -graduation. To the strains of P0mp and Circumstancen We bade good-by to Hamburg High, but the mem- ories of friends and good times will be with us always. We now presenl' our big and busy senior class . .
