EXECUTIVE DEPARTMENT ? The Executive Department includes a wide variety of jobs and ratings. Mostly for mustering purposes, this group includes the Command Master Chief, the 3M Coordinator, the Command Career Counselor, and the Command Master at Arms. Until recently, it also included the Postal Clerk. But what Executive is mainly about is the Ship's Office. Under the direction of the Navigator! Administrative Assistant, this is the nenfe center for all administrative matters. Housing both Yeomen and Personnelmen, all papenfvork associated with everything from senlice record entries to reenlistments is completed here. YN's maintain officer service records and handle all legal matters and correspondence. The PN's maintain senlice records and matters associated with the enlisted side of the ship. Remember, no task is complete until the papenlvork is done!
