The American Field Service program was born so ThaT we mighT develop beTTer undersTanding Through an exchange oT sTudenTs wiTh a resulTanT exchange oT culTures. l-lere on The local level, Through American Field Service, young people are preparing To live in Tomorrow's world. We saluTe The sTudenTs' eTTorTs and The guidance oT The adulTs who have assisTed in This program aT NaThan l-lale High School. The efficienf sfaff working in fhe main office has kepf our school running smoofhly. Mrs. Dorofhy Sfipe faifhfully prepared our daily bullefins and helped fo organize fhe quarferly honor rolls. Mrs. Vesfa Clark served as regisfrar. She also recorded sfandardized fesf scores and ofher infor- mafion on permanenf records. Mrs. Louise Cole was supply clerk and assisfed Mrs. Clark in preparing fhe permanenf records. Mrs. Gladine Mask prepared schedules in addifion fo working in fhe library fhree hours a day. Mrs. Joanne Ellis was secre- fary fo Mr. Lieb Richmond, our principal. MAIN OFFICE STAFF l-lale's sfudenf office assisfanfs have been friendly and efficienf in fhe performance of fheir daily fasks. The affendance helpers, fhe afhlefic assisfanfs, fhe main office workers, and fhe swifchboard operafors have worked harmoniously fogefher fo help in fhe various offices keeping business in order and up fo dafe. Af fhe be- ginning of each class hour, fhey re- porf fo fheir respecfive insfrucfors for assignmenfs. By enabling sfuclenfs fo perform services of fhis nafure, a fine office fraining program is offered for fhose inferesfed in becoming fufure business men and women.
