These are familiar cries to Miss Frances French, head of the business education department, as she sails with the wind on a starboard tack. Miss Ester Porter, head of the lan- guage department, shares her travel films and slides with her classes and friends. History ' s on the move and so is Miss Leona Weir, social studies depart- ment head, as she improves her bowling stride. Mr. Howard Case, dean of boys, spends his summers at his Douglas Lake cottage in Northern Michigan. Mr. Robert Hanson, director of guidance, prepares for a camping trip with his family. Mrs. Fred Flam, dean of girls, has fond memories of her past sum- mer ' s vacation in the Scandinavian countries. Mr. Kenneth Cook, science department head, is an organist at Grosse Pointe Methodist Church. He also acts as president of the Grosse Pointe Teachers ' Association.
