I’KINCIPAL A. P. Koutli is Senior High’s ethoient administrator. GHS progress is sure: Mr. Routh has acumen, MRS. COLTKANP . Mr. Kouth ' s versatile secretary, here helps Mr. Routh place the day ' s mail in teachers ' l)()xes -— only one of a myriad of tasks in her day. This sprawling giant of a school demands an administration diplomatic and alert, an organiza¬ tion flexible enough to accommodate frequent emergencies as well as a steady succession of routine problems, and imaginative planning far ahead of the needs. For Senior High ' s enrollment continued to overtax facilities and available per¬ sonnel. Innovations like accelerated classes, a musical composer-in-residence, and a language- laboratory must be fitted into the school’s pro¬ gram and made truly functional. It takes the very best in management.
