Principal events of the year were the junior-senior prom and presentation of three one-act plays, Madame Dode , Hummingbird Hiccoughs and The Ghost Story . Officers assisting Roger were: secretary, Lois Cramer, vice-president, Nick Welsh, sergeant-at-arms, Rich Miller, student council representatives, Doug Irving and Nancy Carter, and Girls' League representative, Martha Godfrey. Assisting officers were Eugene Cox, vice-president, Gloria Luarca, Girls' Council member, Bill Rogers, Boys' Council member, K'Lynn Brumbaugh, Girls' League representative. A little wiser and more organized, the sophomores held their annual party with Shine on Harvest Moon as its theme. King and Queen were Virgil Sunderland and May Halvorson.
