SPRING TRAINING BASEBALL With about one-half of last year's regulars return- ing, the G.H.S. baseball team of 1950 should have a very good season. While playing with last year's squad, these men showed plenty of hustle and spirit, two fac- tors which can make a big difference against the tough reams in the league. The expert coaching and guidance of Mr. Covino should, as in the past, turn out a line squad which our school can be proud of. Although this piece merely represents a gaze in the crystal ball, we look forward to hearing the crack of bats and the roar of the crowd come from Havemeyer Field.
