hi-life greenville, michigan advisor: den n is zuver editor: diana lep ey asst, editor: denise ho I brook everyday it seemed we got up to the same thing, we came to school, we went to our lockers, got books and hung up our coats, talked to some friends and went to class. think back though, every day held something new for us if we would just look for it. activities filled our lives and sometimes we were so busy we wished the merry-go-round would stop so we could get off. the world around us; america is rushing by. we don't have to be caged eagles if only we'll reach out and take part. 2 'mum« 3 cry, the beloved country for the unborn child that is the inheritor of our fear, let him not love the earth too deeply, let him not laugh too gladly when the water runs through his fingers, nor stand too silent when the birds of his land are singing, nor give too much of his heart to a mountain or a valley, for fear will rob him of all if he gives too much. alan paton, cry the beloved country copyright 1948 7 9 10 11 12 13 ?%V VV ■■■' -.1 board of education robert rice - president archie curtis — vice president Charles hall - secretary raymond klackle — treasurer william smith — trustee mrs. delores cook — trustee joseph m. scott — trustee 16 mr.
