Jessie Baker fl.li., Greenville Cjlollege Getting up early is not Klrs. l3aker's hobby but she often linds it necessary when coaching Speech contestants. ller school days are lilled with College Prep, Speech. and English lll. As a member of the City Library Board. she reads during her spare time. r. L. G. Baker lfasterii Illinois State 'lleuclzens College Xlr. liaker. lndustrial Arts teacher and golf coach. has several hobbies unknown to many students. lle collects classical records and is interested in astronomy. During the summer. Nlr. Baker likes to travel and enjoys taking colored pictures of thc various spots he visits. rs. Frances Berqer .'l.l3., .ll.fl.. Llllll'Ul'Sll'1 of .llissoiiri A romance language major. who carried mathematics just lor fun, now teaches English III and lV. and Plane Geometry. hlrs. Bergers aim is to help students develop high goals and then to train their abilities to reach these goals. Mr. Clarke Brandt BS., Greenville College, .ll..ll.lftl., Univ. of Olzla. Klr. Brandt. director of Band. Chorus, and spon- sor of Tri-M. has a lull school schedule. but is also kept busy with outside activities. lle directs the Nlunicipal Band and the choir of a local church. and is often asked to sing at community affairs. Mr. Carl Brock BS., AleKenili'ee College, HS., Unii'ersitv of Illinois Mr. Brock teaches Agriculture I and ll. and sponsors the Future Farmers. lle likes to hunt. and spends many weekends at the cabin near Little Grassy Lake. Around school his services and those of the Aggies are always in demand. Mrs. Ellene Budde AB., Greenville College, Anil., Univ. of illielzigun Keeping the library in smooth running order is the main job of Mrs. Budde, librarian. Each year she trains students to assist her in her rrianv duties. Mrs. Budde has several hobbies. including gardening, cooking and church work. Mr. A. H. Crum B.S., A.M., Unirersitj' of Illinois l-et's rake a look-see and see what Nluzzev says is a pet expression of Mr. Crum, Government, Economics. Social Studies IV. and American llistorv teacher. Klr. Crum has lived in or near Greenville most of his lite and enjoys telling stories of his bfljillllll ld .
